Return & Exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items may need to be return and exchanged. ASHLEY HILL reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the below returns policy. Our returns Policy is in addition to your consumer guarantees under The Indian Consumer Law.

  • Change of mind returns: We accept returns within 7days of delivery for change of mind. You must return the item(S) unworn in new condition with swing tags attached. Please note that the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
  • All items must be tried on with underwear.
  • Damaged or defective items: We carefully inspect each product before it is shipped, but sometimes things can go wrong during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please do not hesitate to contact us with in 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible at no extra cost.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the wrong item. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent as soon as possible with no additional cost.

Note:  Unfortunately, we do not refund any purchased item with out any valid reason but we are happy to exchange as long as it meets our exchange policy criteria.
